Training for Better Care

At AMS, continuous training of our medical teams is central to our commitment to delivering safer, more effective, and more human-centered care.

Medical practices are constantly evolving. To meet the highest standards, ongoing training of our teams is essential. Being trained in the latest techniques is not enough — they must also be practiced regularly to maintain the right reflexes in emergency situations. Manual ventilation, intubation, critical case management… each session is designed to perfect skills and strengthen field responsiveness.

Certified professionals

And because skill development also deserves recognition, two of our team members recently obtained internationally recognized “First Responder” certification. They are now more than just drivers — they are trained paramedics, able to take action from the very first minutes of a life-threatening emergency.

What continuous training changes — concretely

  • Improved responsiveness in the field: teams trained to handle stress and act quickly.
  • Updated practices: integration of the latest protocols and feedback from real-life cases.
  • Stronger coordination: better communication among emergency responders.
  • Ongoing skills development: professional recognition and increased motivation.

Focus on our latest workshop

Topic: Manual ventilation, intubation, and case review of a home-based chest pain emergency.

This hands-on session, based on a real case, gave our teams the chance to bridge theory and practice in realistic conditions.

At AMS, we train to protect you better

Our promise: to deliver quality care through professionals who are well-prepared, ready to handle emergencies, adapt to all contexts, and put their expertise to work for your health and safety.
