Throughout October, AMS mobilized its teams and partners around an essential cause: the fight against breast cancer. As a committed health actor in Guinea, our mission goes far beyond medical care. Every day, we work to advance workplace prevention through targeted awareness campaigns and formats tailored to each work environment.<\/p>\n\n

A month of field actions with our partners<\/h2>\n

For Pink October, several companies called on AMS to raise awareness among their employees about prevention practices and the importance of early detection.<\/p>\n

At Predictive Discovery and Sycamore Mining, our teams conducted interactive sessions directly within mining camp facilities, adapting the content to local realities.<\/p>\n

The Eiffage Group and Star Oil, in the construction and energy sectors, also mobilized their teams with the support of our health professionals.<\/p>\n

At the Radisson Blu hotel, the establishment\u2019s staff benefited from a dedicated prevention session, illustrating the value of such actions across all sectors.<\/p>\n\n\n

In partnership with Women in Mining Guinea<\/h2>\n

AMS was also a proud partner of the Pink October event organized by the Women in Mining Guinea association.<\/p>\n

As part of this collaboration, AMS conducted free prevention sessions, sharing its medical expertise to support women’s health and contribute to a collective movement of information and action.<\/p>\n

A commitment to our own teams<\/h2>\n

At AMS, we believe that commitment starts with leading by example. That\u2019s why awareness sessions were held not only for our female healthcare professionals, but also for the wives of our health workers, who are often on the front lines of family health management. These sessions created a space for discussion, learning and listening, reinforcing our culture of prevention within our own teams.<\/p>\n

Campaigns available year-round<\/h2>\n

While Pink October is a highlight, awareness doesn\u2019t stop after one month<\/strong>. AMS offers year-round thematic campaigns on a variety of topics: Movember (prostate cancer), HIV\/AIDS, malaria, mental health<\/strong>, and more. Our actions are tailored to each sector and each audience, with one goal in mind: inform to better prevent.<\/p>\n\n
